Yoga or Pilates Events 

Nourish community, wellness, self care and strength through a private yoga practice geared specifically for you and your friends and family.  

Infuse your parties with health and wellness. We will come to your girls or guys night out, wine and cheese party, shower, or any other kind of party that you're creating! We will add the Yoga and Pilates to the rest of your agenda! 

Cost is $150  at a remote area and includes a 45 minutes class tailored to your group with 30 minutes after for refreshments and/or Q&A with your instructor. Possibly, there may be an additional cost for a longer session and/or for locations outside the downtown Fayetteville area.

Yoga/Pilates events at the studio are $125 and includes a 45 minutes class tailored to your group and 30 minutes for any refreshments you would like to bring and/or Q&A with your instructor.
