Deep Buti Yoga Flow

Hatha/Vinyasa yoga fusion with Deep Buti Yoga is a class with intention to connect deeply with the breath to mind and the mind to body. With this fusion there will be mindful peaks as well as intentional deep restorative movement. This is a masterful sequence that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique to connect mind to muscle and body to mind. Unlike other Buti trademarked formats, DEEP is low-impact and focuses on micro-movements with physical touch to connect the brain to innervated muscle and restructure the deep core. The class structure also includes self-massage and pressure point activation to release muscles during deep restorative asanas. Class duration ranges from 75-90 minutes with a 7-10 meditation.

Yoga Pilates Fusion

Barre is a low impact workout that is designed to build strength and resilience through repetitive motion. This class is a high intensity class. Restorative & Reiki Yoga

This class is everything you need, healing and restoration. This class is a slow and gentle class offering with props and energy healing. All levels are welcome.

Warm Traditional Yoga

This class is Ashtanga yoga inspired. The Ashtanga Yoga Vinyasa method is a structured and set sequence created by Pattabhi Jois and continued on by his grandson Sharathji.  This practice is the foundation of many flow/vinyasa style classes. The main difference is in a typical flow class, you will likely experience some various sequences. This class pays attention to the breath with emphasis on detailed alignment cues. Every class will loosely follow the Primary Series and will offer a different focus on specific poses each week.
