75 Minute Meditation/ Restorative YOGA with Deborah

9:30-10:45 a.m.

Supported positioning with props to relax the body and guided meditation to expand love and compassion just in time for Valentine’s Day. Combining guided mediation with restorative yoga enhances the benefits of both.

This session uses restorative yoga poses and guided meditation to expand the heart area physically and energetically. Soft music and essential oils complete the experience to create a delightful break from your busy schedule. Bring a yoga mat if you have one. Everything else is provided.

Feeling tight? Tense? In pain? Just curious?

This one hour class will guide you through identifying parts of your body that are tight. “Unlock” restrictions to movement using props such as the green spiky ball, overball, and foam roller as you integrate deep gliding breaths through the process. Explore how your body deals with stress and overuse by identifying, communicating with, and treating trigger points. This simple, straightforward approach to movement is transformative to health and vitality.

This class is excellent for athletes, chronic pain sufferers, those with repetitive, habitual movement patterns, or anyone wanting to unlock the tension from head to toe. You will feel like you’ve had a full body massage upon completion. Time will be allotted after class to address specific needs of each participant with further exploration and release.

Find peace and calm away from daily stress and tension in this 75 minutes session combining supported restorative yoga poses with guided meditation throughout. Joining guided meditation with restorative yoga enhances the benefits of both without requiring any prior experience in yoga or meditation. 

 
This session uses supportive positioning of props to help relax the body along with guided meditation to relax the mind. Soft music and essential oils complete the experience to create a delightful break from your busy schedule. 


Bring your yoga mat if you have one. All other props are provided.


Kid's Yoga

Your child will have fun while learning about their physical body, about relaxing, and about staying healthy. What more can we as parents ask for?

Living Balance Studios is considering offering yoga classes for moms in other studio room during Kid's Yoga so mama and children can enjoy yoga! Please let us know if you are interested.
