Interested in Renting our Boutique Studio?
Details:
Our Boutique Studio has carpet making it client friendly. The available space is 24' x 15'3". Studio rental is $25 per hour during prime time and $22 per hour on off time and includes a 15 minute setup and 15 minute take down and clean up window. No shoes are allowed in this space. Props are included in your rental. Any props from the storage are subject to an additional charge. You are welcome to rent more than one hour at a time. If you plan to rent the studio for concurrent months please contact us for special pricing.

What about our Unheated Studio?
Details:
Our unheated studio has cork floors making it great for any style class. The available floor space approx 20' x 38'. Studio rental is $30 per hour during prime time and $25 per hour during off time and includes a 15 minute setup and 15 minute take down and clean up window. Props are included in your rental. Any props from the storage are subject to an additional charge. You are welcome to rent more than one hour at a time. If you plan to rent the studio for concurrent months please contact us for special pricing.

The Heated Studio More Your Style?

Our heated studio is approx. 22' x 40'. Studio rental is $30 per hour during prime time and $25 per hour during off time and includes a 15 minute setup and 15 minute take down and clean up window. Heating panels are extra. Props are included in your rental. Any props from the storage are subject to an additional charge. You are welcome to rent more than one hour at a time.
